About the DEEPWORK program

You will be a part of the PMI’s family during your 6+6 months long, full-time internship. During the program you will perceive monthly scholarship of 944€ (gross salary). You will have the opportunity to benefit from the fully paid online Master, validated and recognized by Nebrija Uinversity and Fundación Universitaria y de Empresa (FUE).

  • Please note that we do not sign University agreements for curricular internships, as we already sign one with the financed Masters at University of Nebrija.

You will be part of the Human Resources Team in Philip Morris Spain.

We are looking for…

RESPONSIBILITIES


Relations & HR Administration Intern. The P&ED area plays a key role in the P&C department implementing and executing many processes, initiatives, and activities with local and global HR Teams.


You will have the opportunity to:


  • Provide and support in different HR activities within the P&ED scope: Employee Benefits, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Social Security & Taxes, International Assignments (Mobility), Temporary Agencies, Labor Relations, Hiring and Leaving processes and Practices & Guidelines among others.
  • Handling the day-to-day employees’ queries.
  • Managing employee absenteeism and the time control tool.
  • Supporting the team in the management of employees ‘exists/leave of absences/ working hours reduction, among others.
  • Update of internal policies & guidelines
  • Support with the temporary agencies management.
  • Assisting the team in local and global HR projects
  • Other administration tasks (invoices, document creations, etc.)


REQUIREMENTS


You have:


  • University Degree or master’s in human resources, Labor Relations, or Law.
  • Fluent English (C1) and Spanish (C2).
  • It would be desirable to have previous professional experience in Human Resources/Labor Relations.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Valid EU work permit.

  • Note: the internship will start at the beginning of January 2024. It is a full-time internship.

  • Continuous Improvement: A mindset focused on continually improving the consumer experience based on feedback and data analysis.
  • Empathy: The ability to understand and empathize with customers' concerns and needs, providing a personalized experience.
