Overview
We are looking for an experienced UX & CX Designer to join Matthias Kramer's 13-strong Digital Development department. The Digital Development department programs and develops solutions in the field of predictive maintenance, VR and AR for isolator projects in the pharmaceutical environment. The 2-person UX & CX team brings significant customer insights and UX perspectives. We have open communication within the department, regularly exchange ideas across teams and are well networked with the other departments.
Responsibilities
- Research and define UX strategies for different customer segments and types to expand and scale existing offerings.
- Develop, lead and implement concepts for UX design projects - from defining customer problems or opportunities to implementation.
- Develop creative and innovative design solutions for SKAN digital products that support different user roles and needs with varying scope and goals.
- Build and maintain relationships and trust with stakeholders, colleagues and work groups; create a strong network within SKAN.
- Identify the best UX solutions based on customer feedback and business goals, helping to set the overall direction, identify challenges and adapt according to the context of the solution and the customer.
- Promote the definition and sharing of UX design patterns and standards that support reuse and consistency. Contribute to SKAN design system and patterns.
Hardskills
- University degree with a specialization in UX design, communication or technical studies with further training as a UX designer
- Professional experience, preferably with a pharmaceutical background
- Experience in user research and prototyping tools such as Dovetail and Figma
- Several years of experience in conducting workshops
- German and good English skills required. Other languages an advantage
Softskills
- Good listening, empathy and excellent communication, collaboration and problem solving skills.
