About Our Client
Our client is a main retail brand in Switzerland.
Job Description
- Serve as the primary contact for all ICT requests from users across various sites in Switzerland.
- Provide advice on optimal use of workstations, telephony (Teams Phone), and M365.
- Offer first and second-level support, involving external partners when necessary.
- Manage the entire lifecycle of IT infrastructure for workstations, from onboarding to offboarding, including software, licenses, and access rights.
- Collaborate closely with support teams from other group entities.
- Actively participate in ICT projects.
The Successful Applicant
- Completed training as an IT specialist (CFC, ES, or equivalent).
- Extensive knowledge of PCs, smartphones, Windows, printers, administration, and M365 applications. Familiarity with Teams Phone is a plus.
- Known for being open, communicative, customer- and service-oriented, enjoying daily interaction with users and diverse IT topics.
- Distinguished by autonomy, willingness to learn, assertiveness, and perseverance.
- Good linguistic skills to support users in French and German, with proficiency in English for international collaborations.
