Your Role:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Information Security Analyst to join our Security team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the security and compliance of our systems and operations. You will balance governance, risk, and compliance responsibilities with a solid understanding of technical security. Your contributions will help maintain our strong security posture while aligning with our business goals.

Location: Berlin (flexible, with in-office presence a few days per week)

Your Impact:

• Develop and maintain the Information Security Management System (ISMS), aligning with ISO/IEC 27001 and SOC2 Type II standards.
• Coordinate and manage annual security audits, including risk assessments, audit preparation, and certification processes.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate information security risks across our systems, vendors, and customers.
• Monitor and respond to potential threats by utilizing security tools and threat intelligence, contributing to incident response and investigation efforts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, legal, and business teams to ensure security measures meet compliance and business needs.

Your Skills:

• Technical Competency: Experience with technical security practices such as penetration testing, incident response, and an understanding of cyber-attack TTPs.
• Effective Communication: Ability to communicate security-related topics to technical and non-technical audiences, tailoring messages effectively.
• Domain Proficiency: Strong knowledge of ISO 27001, SOC2 Type II, GDPR, and NIS2, with experience implementing and managing an ISMS.
• Adaptability: Ability to prioritize tasks, anticipate delays, and adjust plans to align with dynamic business and security requirements.
• Problem Solving: Skilled in addressing compliance and security challenges, writing production-ready documentation, and contributing to cross-functional improvements.

Whereas our GTM organization in the US is completely remote because there is no hub for them yet. We offer professional relocation services, employer of record and remote working policy.
