Monitoring & Analysis

Planning & Controlling

Review operational processes, systems and structures of Group companies on their effectiveness and efficiency and initiate corrective actions, if needed
Organize and perform Operational Reviews/Cost Reviews
Design, implement and maintain state-of-the-art controlling instruments (cost accounting, KPIs, etc.)

Compliance & Audits

Ensure compliance of Group companies with generally accepted business standards and Swatch Group principles and guidelines
Developp Audits Guidelines on specific subject and perform on-site Audits as required

Cross Functional Support

Participate in strategic projects such as acquisitions, restructurings, built-up of new activities, etc.

Experience around 3-5 years working experience in a related function in an operational company, ideally with previous managerial experience
Computer literate, functional in all standard MS Office package & financial/statistical systems
University degree in Business Economics/Accounting. CIA, CPA or Certified Expert in Accounting and Controlling as an added advantage

German or French mother tongue, fluent in English, other languages as an added advantage
