As the Consumer Insight Senior Manager Beauty for Global Consumer Brands, you will be responsible for the global execution of the consumer insights strategies and plans that will drive business growth on one of our strategic global clients for the different beauty categories. You will also be in charge of putting in place consumer insights tests in Europe for this global client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Report directly to the Global Consumer Brand CI leader for Beauty based in Meyrin/Satigny.
  • Drive and monitor the consumer insights Beauty programs globally for this client.
  • Partner closely with the CI teams in the different regions/countries.
  • Ensure the development and proper implementation of established global CI methods and is the guardian of the CI best practices on this key client.
  • Be the consumer insights expert who collaborates with cross-functional teams and a key contact for internal stakeholders regarding specific consumer insights questions on this key client.
  • Implement and align new methodologies if needed to increase efficiency in brief to adoption success rates.
  • Monitor the Consumer Insights budget and spending globally on this key client.
  • Put in place CI tests in Europe, analyze and synthesize data and debrief teams to develop actionable insights that will inform fragrance development decisions for Europe.

You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Consumer Insights related discipline or equivalent.
  • Strong expertise in market research methodologies and techniques, ideally has already worked in a market research agency.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product or fragrance testing role.
  • Experience in fragrance house would be a plus.
  • Multi country consumer insight project management.
  • Drive for results, with competitive mindset.
  • Self-motivated team player and high autonomy.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to define business opportunities, set priorities and translate tactics/strategy into actions.
  • Proactive approach.
  • Availability to travel.
  • Fluent in English.
