For our project teams, we are looking for working students (m/f/d) in the event management minor for year 2025. The Proske project managers are experts in strategic meeting management – for virtual solutions as well as live-marketing programs. The service portfolio ranges from trustful client consulting, conceptual design, solution-focused implementation to analytical evaluation of our meetings. Your workplace is in one of our offices in Rosenheim or Munich, both with the possibility to work flexibly from home.

• Support in the planning, design and organization of events, conferences and congresses with face-to-face, hybrid and virtual meeting formats
• Chance to create experiences and achieve visible success
• Active participation in the preparation and implementation of events
• Research of materials, service providers and event-related topics
• Independent communication with international service providers
• Preparation of presentations and meeting reports
• Insights into project budget control and financial tasks

THESE SKILLS SET YOU APART

• Enrolled in, degree or apprenticeship in event management, project management with focus on events or related careers
• First experience in event project management
• Good communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
• High level of service orientation and reliability
• Up-to-date knowledge of trends in the event industry
• Knowledge of how to use virtual meeting platforms (e.g. Zoom, Teams, Click-Meeting)
• Business English and ideally other languages are part of your personal portfolio and make you a communication talent
• You love to travel internationally and to face new challenges
