Tasks and Qualifications:
Your tasks:
As a working student (f/m/d) in the area of Integration Management, you will be part of the KION Group's largest transformation program and support strategic change processes
You will support the Business Integration Management team in the planning and implementation of target group-oriented measures as well as in general administrative tasks related to daily business.
New requirements and changes to our process landscape require the seamless coordination of our 17 existing process teams.
This includes your assistance in the organization of meetings and their preparation, for which we provide Power Points, Excel lists or whiteboards and work on our processes documented in Signavio
You summarize meeting results and ensure transparency of the work status for the team and support the creation of our reporting
You also support the system integration test by organizing and coordinating topics
You work together with the responsible departments in different organizations of the KION Group and coordinate directly with them
Your profile:
You are studying economics or communication sciences, project/process management or something comparable and have successfully completed at least the 3rd semester
Initial practical experience in process management is a plus
You have a talent for organization and strong communication skills
You are characterized by your structured way of working and open manner
You are very familiar with PowerPoint and the MS Office tool landscape
You communicate confidently in both written and spoken German and English
