Your future role.

• Within the Innomotics Finance and Treasury Team you take care of the treasury risk management
• You cover financial risk management tasks for the whole Innomotics group, including: trading of derivatives as well as continuous monitoring of and reporting on Innomotics’ FX, interest and commodity portfolios, managing financial partners (mainly banks), managing proper liquidity planning and covenants monitoring
• You actively work on developments / innovations in these areas
• You act as advisor, first point of contact and center of expertise for Innomotics companies regarding implication of financial risks on the transactions / business fostering appropriate, efficient and holistic management decisions
• You closely collaborate with the other Innomotics Finance and Treasury teams, mainly with Operations, Corporate Finance and Shareholder Controlling.

Your profile.

• You hold an university degree in Finance, Mathematics or similar, ideally complemented by an additional finance-related qualification (e.g. CFA)
• You have mid-term experience in treasury, ideally in a global mid-size company environment
• You have proven knowledge in digitalization and automation of treasury and / or financial risk management processes
• Considering a particularly high number of internal and external contacts required to effectively carry out this role, highly effective networking, collaboration, and communication skills are key for this role
• You work highly analytically and conceptionally under great commitment and resilience
• Ideally you have experience from working abroad and gained a deep understanding of different cultures and their way of interacting
• You demonstrate fluent command of German and English
• Your openness and interest in new things make you to an outstanding team player contributing to our successful and powerful Innomotics Finance & Treasury Team
