Do you have passion and interest in finding the best match between candidate and position? And would you like to contribute to the growth of a software company delivering critical software solutions to society? Then come join us!

Systematic – have you heard about us?
Systematic is a software company proudly rooted in Denmark with more than 1200 employees. Systematic is market leaders in many areas (Defence, Healthcare, Police, …) and have delivered mission critical solutions to the world since 1985.
We deliver IT solutions that make a real difference, by being uniquely people-centric and never stop developing. Systematic is not only a place to work, but a place to belong.

Become a part of our People Attraction team

The People Attraction team is part of People & Culture, where more than 30 employees ensure that we hire and continue to develop Systematic and its workforce. You will become part of a larger team consisting of 14 colleagues located in Denmark and Romania.

Together as a team, we closed 200 recruitments across our sites last year and are proud to continue to contribute to the growth of Systematic, while at the same time maintaining a high level of quality in our recruitments. All while still developing ourselves professionally and challenging each other in our way of working.

Systematic is set to grow beyond our main sites and hence, you will become the first person in People Attraction team, on the ground to support our international growth across the Central Europe region, covering Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the Netherlands. You will be located in our Cologne office, located in Rheinauhafen where you will be joining around 25 wonderful people across different business units, that like to socialize and come together during lunchtime to share a meal and a laugh.

Drive and modify our recruitment process
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Systematic, you will be responsible for a portfolio of 8-10 recruitments. You will drive these recruitments from start to finish and ensure our business is supported (as well as challenged) throughout the process.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for ensuring that, we have a continuous pipeline of relevant candidates for our positions as well as give input to the local market to ensure that Systematic reaches the right candidates and stays attractive as an employer.

Your daily tasks will involve:

  • driving the entire process, including conducting interviews and assessing candidates, including feedback via assessment tools’
  • close cooperation with hiring managers to define the team’s specific needs and create the right recruitment strategy
  • Sourcing of potential new candidates
  • close cooperation with external partners and searchers
  • ensuring the lowest lead time for recruitments and timely reporting on recruitment progress

Proud recruiter that recognises the value of the right hire
You most likely have a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resource management or another relevant field. As you will be supporting our Centrale Europe markets, where they mainly speak German, professional proficiency in German and English is a requirement.

We also envisage that you:

  • have 3+ years of experience with talent acquisitions ranging from specialist to management level. This can be either from a recruitment agency or in-house experience
  • have solid experience with sourcing using e.g. Linkedin Recruiter to build and maintain talent pipelines
  • It would be beneficial, if you have experience with recruiting software profile across different type of roles

Furthermore, you are used to handling stakeholders across different levels and can navigate in a fast-paced environment, where recruitments frequently top the strategic agenda.

Last but not least, you love the feeling that comes from closing a spot-on recruitment and welcoming a new colleague.

You should expect some travel from time to time, to our headquarter in Aarhus, Denmark as well as the sites, that you will be supporting.

Please note that you would need to be eligible for a security clearance in order to be taken into consideration for this position.
