Job Description

Be a part of Fisher Clinical Services in Switzerland as a Packaging/Labeling Technician II. You'll have a meaningful role in our mission to improve global health, environmental cleanliness, and safety. Job Responsibilities:

  • Efficient, timely, and GMP-compliant preparation, execution, and completion of manufacturing and packaging orders, including implementation of in-process controls (IPCs).
  • Technical management of the production cabin.
  • Efficient and GMP-compliant cleaning of equipment and machine parts, as well as production rooms.
  • GMP-compliant documentation of the work carried out.
  • Adhering to GMP rules, hygiene and safety regulations, and SOPs and order instructions when producing and packaging clinical test samples.
  • Ensuring active, timely, and appropriate communication of progress and difficulties to colleagues and superiors.
  • Actively participate in identifying, communicating, and resolving problems and inefficiencies, as well as opportunities for improvement.
  • IT problem-solving on-site, by telephone, or through remote applications.
  • Installation of hardware (hard drives, memory).
  • Advising colleagues on software handling and assigning user rights.
  • Forwarding problems that cannot be solved to the responsible department.
  • Targeted support from the management team in carrying out project-specific tasks.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in manufacturing or packaging, preferably in a GMP-regulated environment.
  • Strong technical skills and the ability to manage production equipment and processes.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • IT proficiency, including hardware installation and software troubleshooting.
  • Strict adherence to GMP regulations and safety protocols.
