Job Description
Be a part of Fisher Clinical Services in Switzerland as a Packaging/Labeling Technician II. Job Responsibilities:
- Efficient, timely, and GMP-compliant preparation, execution, and completion of manufacturing and packaging orders, including implementation of in-process controls (IPCs).
- Technical management of the production cabin.
- Efficient and GMP-compliant cleaning of equipment and machine parts, as well as production rooms.
- GMP-compliant documentation of the work carried out.
- Adhering to GMP rules, hygiene and safety regulations, and SOPs and order instructions when producing and packaging clinical test samples.
- Ensuring active, timely, and appropriate communication of progress and difficulties to colleagues and superiors.
- Actively participate in identifying, communicating, and resolving problems and inefficiencies, as well as opportunities for improvement.
- IT problem-solving on-site, by telephone, or through remote applications.
- Installation of hardware (hard drives, memory).
- Advising colleagues on software handling and assigning user rights.
- Forwarding problems that cannot be solved to the responsible department.
- Targeted support from the management team in carrying out project-specific tasks.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in manufacturing or packaging, preferably in a GMP-regulated environment.
- Strong technical skills and the ability to manage production equipment and processes.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- IT proficiency, including hardware installation and software troubleshooting.
- Strict adherence to GMP regulations and safety protocols.
