The Senior Manager/Director Regional Finance & Administrative (m/f/d) focuses on optimizing operational performance and ensuring financial resilience across multiple regions (APAC, Russia, CIS, LATAM, the Middle East, Africa and China).
In this position you are responsible to achieve financial stability through effective P&L and cash flow management. Transformation of technical services from a cost center into a profit center and maintain high standards of quality and compliance in all areas are key responsibilities to ensure the operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness across all regions.
Your assignments
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, providing insights for decision-making
- Coordinate and implement supply chain strategies aligned with the company’s objectives
- Oversee P&L statements and cash flow to ensure the organization’s financial health
- Supervise technical support teams, ensuring timely customer issue resolution and high service levels
- Identify and mitigate financial risks, developing contingency plans to address potential disruptions
- Shift Technical service from a cost center to a profit center
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement
- Manage inventory, transportation, warehousing, and distribution to balance supply and demand
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal policies, conducting audits and implementing best practices
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field, Master’s degree is preferable
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, administrative, or a similar role within a multinational environment
- Proven experience in managing P&L, cash flow, and financial planning, ideally in the pharmaceutical, healthcare or technical services sectors
- Proficiency in financial analysis, reporting, and modeling, with experience in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, including budgeting, forecasting, profit and loss (P&L) management and cash flow analysis
- Excellent English language skills (written and spoken), German and additional languages are a plus
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with teams across different cultures, time zones and functional areas
