Tasks

• Your task is to conceptualize, support and evaluate new business initiatives - from the initial idea, through research & A/B testing, to the development of a business case and implementation & monitoring of success, you're responsible for the complete lifecycle of individual projects
• You understand what we expect from our content partnerships in the areas of fiction & sports and work with our commercial teams to drive long-term growth & customer satisfaction
• You'll be responsible for identifying opportunities and developing our offering to remain competitive & increase profitability
• Trend & market observations as well as monitoring and evaluating the activities and development of our direct competitors are part of your daily business
• In close cooperation with the I&A team, you provide valuable insights across the entire consumer lifecycle and translate these into product, proposition, campaign or strategy recommendations
• As a communicative interface, you coordinate with multidisciplinary teams from the areas of product, marketing, finance, technology, content acquisition and insights and help to coordinate and drive change

Requirements

• You've a degree with a business focus and 5-6 years of experience in strategy consulting, strategic marketing, proposition, pricing or strategy
• You've already gained project management skills through your professional experience - ideally in the media or telecommunications industry
• You're characterized by entrepreneurial thinking & acting as well as a strong hands-on mentality
• You've excellent team & communication skills at all hierarchical levels and are confident in using PowerPoint & Excel
• Excellent analytical & conceptual skills as well as a precise, independent & structured way of working are among your strengths
• Good German & English skills (written & spoken) round off your profile
