Are you interested in pursuing your passion in an industry that demands innovation? We are seeking an enthusiastic and results driven Sales Executive to join our Sales team in EMEA, covering Western Europe. Our ideal candidate will be focused steadfastly on revenue generation, and will be disciplined about the pace of progression through the Sales cycle. A successful Sales Executive will develop strong relationships, increase revenue and grow our customer base.
What Will You Be Involved With?
- Revenue growth, with the target of hitting personal and company revenue targets. This includes new business and up-selling/cross-selling to existing clients.
- Owning the overall relationship with assigned clients, which involves increasing adoption and footprint, ensuring retention, and satisfaction.
- Ownership of the full life cycle of a sale – lead generation, outreach and qualification, opportunity ownership and closure. Always focusing on moving the opportunity forward.
- Developing structured multi-year deal proposals.
- Building and maintaining Account Plans for top tier accounts.
- Managing the strategy and direction of allocated accounts.
- Working with Product and Sales Specialists to ensure that TT’s product suite is able to cover the prospect’s use-case and requirements. Suggesting solutions/workarounds for any functionality gaps.
- Working with Product teams to understand the roadmap and any new product initiatives, and Marketing teams to develop and execute Sales campaigns.
- Joining Service Management meetings with clients where necessary, to keep up to date with client issues/health/sentiment.
- Working on Quarterly Business reviews with the Service Management team, to drive growth.
- Gather meaningful product feedback from the client base and identify industry trends to help push our product forward.
What Will You Bring to the Table?
- Prior experience in new business Sales required, in particular experience in negotiating Enterprise and Multiyear deals.
- Exposure to the Futures, Fixed Income and FX markets.
- Language speaker: French and English fluency required, German, Spanish or Italian would also be very favourable.
- Good understanding of technology (trading applications a plus).
- Bachelor’s Degree or 5+ years experience required.
