About the role
As our Project Manager, you will support a diverse range of customer health projects, working with stakeholders across our business to create and deliver a shared approach.
You will be responsible for driving a portion of our project portfolio, ensuring robust planning, decision-making, implementation, monitoring, and reporting. Your role will include managing project teams, coordinating development process planning activities, and presenting reports to senior management.
Duties for the Role
- Drive Scientific Project Portfolio: Coordinate processes and systems for robust planning, decision-making, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of scientific product development projects.
- Project Management: Oversee multiple scientific product development projects, ensuring balanced cross-functional planning and execution.
- Development Planning: Coordinate scientific development activities, including integrated plans, budget inputs, and go/no-go criteria.
- Strategic Facilitation: Work with management to develop and execute global program strategies and facilitate decision-making for scientific projects.
- Plan Maintenance: Maintain overall development plans and enterprise portfolio inputs for scientific projects.
- Implementation: Manage scientific project teams, track timelines and budgets, and facilitate team goal setting and adherence to strategy.
- Reporting: Present routine reports on scientific projects to senior management.
- Consistency: Ensure consistent practices throughout all phases of scientific project life cycles.
- Best Practices: Apply best practices in the development, initiation, planning, execution, control, and closing of scientific projects.
About you
You are an experienced Project Manager with a background in consumer health (or similar) product development. You excel in planning, risk assessment, and decision-making, and have a proven track record of leading multi-disciplinary teams.
Your strong communication and engagement skills drive continuous improvements. You are proficient with standard program management tools, including development plans, timelines, risk management, and budget monitoring.
With excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills, you work flexibly and efficiently under pressure.
