To strengthen our P&C team at Fidia's headquarters in Abano Terme (PD), we are looking for a People & Culture Compensation & Benefits Specialist You will play a central role in driving data-driven decision-making and managing compensation strategies within the Human Resources department. Your role is crucial in optimizing P&C processes and ensuring competitive and equitable compensation practices. Main responsibilities:

  • Co-design with C&B Manager, implement, and manage compensation programs, including salary structures, incentive plans and benefits packages. Ensure alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret P&C data to provide actionable insights on workforce trends, employee performance, and compensation metrics. Develop and maintain P&C dashboards and reports for senior management.
  • Conduct regular market analysis and benchmarking studies to ensure the company’s compensation packages remain competitive. Provide recommendations based on market trends and internal data.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of P&C policies and procedures related to compensation. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Work closely with Comp&Ben Manager, P&C Business Partners, Finance, and other stakeholders to align compensation strategies with business objectives.
  • Support in the development and deliver of training programs for P&C staff and managers on compensation policies and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Master degree, preferably in Business Administration/Economics/Management Engineering/Statistics.
  • At least three years' experience working in P&C compensation and benefits roles, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of compensation practices, market analysis, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools, with a focus on P&C/HRIS systems, enhancing efficient data management and better decision-making.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with different stakeholders and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to pursue the fastest, easiest and most effective route, with a proactive approach.
