Originator (w/m/d)

To further expand our business in Germany, we are looking for an Originator (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible. Our key customer groups include municipal utilities, supply companies and industrial enterprises.

From our offices in Germany, Finland and Norway, we offer origination products and services for the north-west European region. Our service portfolio includes: PPAs, long-term deliveries, flow deals, balancing payments and other structured origination products. Our goal is to provide first-class services to renewable energy producers, large industrial consumers, portfolio managers and retailers in the Northwest European market.

Vos principales responsabilités

• Developing the product portfolio with a focus on structured trading products and transactions in electricity, gas and associated certificates
• Initiating, negotiating and concluding customised energy transactions with full end-to-end responsibility
• Developing the hedge and portfolio management strategy for existing and new positions together with the Alpiq AG trading units
• Expanding relationships and growing the customer and partner network, particularly with municipal utilities
• Monitoring current developments and relevant regulatory changes and integrating them into daily work
• Working closely with internal and external stakeholders

Votre profil

• Degree or relevant training
• More than 3 years of professional experience in the energy sector in a similar position
• Knowledge of the energy market in NWE and energy trading as well as the structuring of energy products
• Very good network in Germany
• Business mindset, goal orientation and a high degree of self-motivation
• Excellent organisational skills and structured way of working
• Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
