MANAGER M&A (F/M/D)

About the position

  • Develop and maintain an M&A pipeline across PSI Software SE’s target markets
  • Identify, evaluate, and build business cases for potential M&A targets, including financial modeling in collaboration with the Finance team
  • Coordinate and collaborate with:
    • Internally: Business Units, central functions, and the Executive Board
    • Externally: Target management, consultants, investment banks, and other project stakeholders
  • Lead due diligence workstreams, negotiate terms, and design integration plans to ensure the success of business cases
  • Define transaction structures for M&A projects in partnership with Legal and Finance teams.
  • Prepare and negotiate transaction documents throughout the M&A process, (including LOIs, NBOs, SPAs, APAs, JVAs, and more), in collaboration with the Legal department
  • Concise communication of strategic contexts through structured presentations, reporting to relevant stake holders
  • Plan and manage post-merger integration efforts, including carve-out and carve-in packages, to deliver on the business case and realize synergies

Job Requirements

  • Master’s degree in in Business or Business-informatics/ -science/ -engineering
  • Several years of international professional experience in strategy/M&A consulting, banking, or a corporate M&A department with a focus on technology targets
  • Strong project management skills and a high degree of service orientation
  • Excellent analytical thinking and a solution-oriented approach to work
  • Exceptional communication skills, resilience, and integrity, with a passion for M&A
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel
