About the job:

Important requirements for the position:

• Education: Degree in Law (by a german university, at least “satisfactory” in both exams)

• Additional qualification as “Fachanwalt für Bank- und Kapitalmarktrecht” is desirable

• Strong knowledge of banking law and retail banking products and services, including checking accounts, loans, debit and/or credit cards.

• Experience of at least 5 years in claims/litigations management positions.

• Previous experience in the financial sector is a plus.

• Languages: German native/bilingual, English full professional .
