IT PROJECT MANAGER (FRENCH)

YOUR ROLE

As a Project Manager, you will lead IT projects for public sector client, ensuring successful delivery of solutions that meet quality, cost, and timeline expectations. You will be the key point of coordination between stakeholders, internal teams, and external suppliers. Your mission will include:

• Coordinating the definition of business needs and drafting functional specifications;
• Overseeing solution selection and ensuring alignment with client requirements;
• Supervising prototype and test phases, ensuring proper user acceptance testing;
• Organizing, leading, and coordinating project teams, resolving conflicts as needed;
• Guaranteeing effective communication and documentation following client standards;
• Managing the solution's transfer to maintenance post-deployment;
• Defining and executing change management action plans;
• Monitoring project performance using KPIs and managing risks proactively;
• Ensuring all deliverables meet project requirements and constraints;
• Suggesting adjustments to objectives based on constraints or environmental changes;
• Overseeing schedules, costs, and performance indicators throughout the project lifecycle.

YOUR PROFILE

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent (required);
• HERMES certification (required upon submission or within one month of starting);
• Certifications such as IPMA or PMI, and proficiency in Agile methodology, are advantageous;
• 8+ years of senior-level IT project management experience in complex environments;
• Proven expertise in managing public sector projects or equivalent domains;
• Strong background in IT project management over business relationship management;
• Agile project management experience is an asset;
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills;
• Proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work in multidisciplinary, multicultural environments;
• Fluency in English and French (required).
