What you'll do


  • Help the team in shaping and driving initiatives and projects related to strategy, organizational development, and transformation
  • Support the identification of skill demands
  • Support in establishing a reporting framework for skill management activities
  • Preparation and organization of global training delivery (e.g. setup sessions, enrollment)
  • Communicate with trainers, participants, and internal stakeholders
  • Help with the preparation of communication assets and materials (e.g. presentations, email newsletters, intranet pages)


What you bring


  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Business Informatics, Education, or similar.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint)
  • Language skills: Fluent in English and German
  • Team player, enthusiastic, open-minded, customer-oriented, communicative, self-driven, reliable
  • Knowledge about latest trends in IT and experience with skill management/education will be an advantage


Meet your team


The CPIT Business Operations team is the key operations unit for Corporate Processes & IT (CPIT), which is SAP’s global IT organization. CPIT Operations is operating within the Corporate Functions Operations organization. The Strategic Workforce Operations team & Reporting CoE within this unit is focusing on governance, optimization of strategic workforce operations, skill management and reporting topics. The team plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of essential business services and maintaining operational excellence for CPIT.


Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
