We’re looking for an experienced HR professional to transition into a system focused role, supporting Workday HCM within a globally renowned manufacturer in Frankfurt.

This is a great and unique opportunity to move from HR operations to HR Technology, in a key role that will take responsibility for Workday maintenance and optimisation within the organisation.

This is a permanent role, hybrid in Frankfurt and paying up to €70,000 + bonus and benefits.

As a HR Process, Projects and Workday expert, you will join a busy HR department, acting as the main POC for any Workday-related activities, actioning change requests, supporting users and leading system optimisation and enhancement activities. In collaboration with external Workday Consultants, you will be responsible for translating business requirements into Workday configuration, ensuring data quality and accuracy, and efficient system management.

HR Process & Project Specialist – Workday – Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of HR processes and regulations, ideally gained within an international environment
  • Good knowledge of Workday is a must for this role – this person will not be required to configure the system, but will know how processes flow in Workday, how data is stored and how the tenant can support analytics and decision-making
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work closely with HR representatives from different areas of the business
  • Great communication skills: fluency in English is a must, any other language will be considered a plus
  • Availability to commute to central Frankfurt 3 days a week
  • Eligibility to live and work in Germany without Visa restrictions
