Your tasks and responsibilities

• Responsible for the procurement process from preparation to project completion of electronic components
• Carrying out value analyses and preliminary material calculations for existing and new projects
• Project team member between Purchasing, Project Management and Planning
• Organization, allocation and monitoring of project-related product group procurement
• Carrying out market analyses
• Application and selection of suppliers
• Adapting and updating master data maintenance

Required knowledge skills and abilities

• Minimum 3-4 years working experience in the relevant field.
• Excellent communication skills in Italian and English both written and spoken.
• Should be a Team Player processing strong analytical, interpersonal, negotiation and project management skills.
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, Follow through commitments and meeting deadlines.
• Working experience in MS Outlook, Excel and Word is necessary. Hands-on experience with MS 365, Advanced Excel and an ERP system preferably with SAP will be an added advantage.
