Key responsibilities:

• Supporting customers and the sales team with technical advice and expertise,
• Changing straps and adjusting bracelets to provide a quick and reliable service to our customers,
• Ensuring follow up with customers and with the HQ Customer Service on services and repairs,
• Managing stock and supply of accessories (straps, links, buckles, etc.) for the boutique,
• Ensuring proper inventory management as per HQ guidelines, periodical control, quick and partial services
• Maintaining and sharing monthly workshop statistics
• Providing support as requested to the Harry Winston boutique next door (i.e. battery changes, bracelet adjustments)

Profil

Profile:

• Watchmaker / Federal diploma or 2-3 years watchmaking experience (T2, T3)
• Client and team oriented, with superior work ethic
• Know how in polishing
• High level of dexterity with a strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills and identification
• Highly flexible and good organization skills
• Fluent in German; French and English are a plus
