Finance Director (M6), Pratt & Whitney International (PWMI/PWAEI)

Basic Job Responsibilities:
The Finance Director is a key member of the leadership team and Board of Directors, managing the entire finance function with depth and breadth in all finance disciplines, and reporting to the Managing Director in Switzerland.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Lead a team of 10 finance professionals
- Business partner
- US GAAP financial reporting for multiple entities
- Statutory financial reporting in Switzerland, Singapore, Germany and the Netherlands
- Direct and indirect tax in various jurisdictions
- Regulatory compliance and internal controls
- Treasury and cash management
- FP&A function, planning, reporting and business cases
Seeking Candidates With:
Experience leading diverse teams; comfortable working across all levels of an organization; strategic leader with creative approach to problem solving; able to set the vision for the finance function and able to build strong working relationships; excellent technical skills and business astuteness.
Education/Experience/Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in finance, Swiss certified accountant
- Experienced and inspiring leader
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in English required, other languages are an asset
- Minimum 10-15 years related work experience
- Strong organizational skills and adaptability to dynamic environments
- Prior work experience in the aerospace industry preferred, but not required
