Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to implement the service strategy and drive service growth at the respective unit level. Each day, you will lead the Service organization and be responsible for the P&L to achieve performance targets and to optimize the utilization of Service resources. You will also showcase your expertise by running the day-to-day service business to ensure profitable growth and improvement of service productivity. You will be mainly accountable for: • Implement service strategy and drives service growth in Cluster. Leads the Customer Service organization in the cluster and is responsible for the P&L to achieve performance targets and to optimize the utilization of Service resources. Focus on the growth of Service Agreement and System Service in all countries of the cluster. • Collaborate with Service Product managers for the development of new products. • Implements productized service offerings and materials for marketing purposes and invests in service sales to increase market penetration. • Drives consistent development of processes and practices based on customer feedback (Net Promoter Score - NPS). • Guides, motivates, and develops direct and indirect reports. • Improves service availability, provides training, and develops capabilities and competencies. • Ensures that their own area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled, and directed. • Tracking and reporting (mainly through Robot Care and other sales KPI’s). • Ensure best practice sharing, success stories and knowledge transfer between different countries in Cluster. • License to Operate: Responsible for Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) and all other business compliance standards and regulations. • Ensures a safe work environment and continues improvement in HSE processes and integrity performance throughout the Service organization. Shows personal commitment to HSE by conducting SOTs consistently.
Qualifications for the role
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree with overall 10 years of strong experience in service sales.
- Strong background in in sales management with proven successful business outcomes.
- Deep knowledge of sales processes and performance sales resources to ensure successful execution management systems.
- Strong communication and influencing skill.
- Results focused and actions oriented.
- Effective communication, presentation and influencing skills.
- Ability to prioritize work and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
