The organisation has new leadership and is embarking on a multi-year transformation program where it is investing significantly to drive growth, revitalize the operational back bone of the business and its digital capabilities.

The Business Navigation team provides support to the C&A businesses and its leaders in steering the business towards profitable growth.

Your responsibilities

  • Co-Pilot to the Business Lead Indirect Procurement
  • Enable fact-based decision making and performance management for the business leaders by generating insights, identifying opportunities and improvement areas and actively sharing these.
  • Be a sparring partner for the Procurement Team and Business Navigation leadership.
  • Execute and manage the budget, planning and forecasting processes.
  • Provide & Review management reports, including procurement savings/benefit tracking, variance analysis (vs. plan, forecast and prior year), with the Procurement Team.
  • Support the cost re-base project, find cost efficiencies and initiatives.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis, benchmarking, and deep dives.
  • Develop business cases, with clear metrics / benchmarks / thresholds, for new projects.

What you bring

  • Bachelors / Masters degree with specialization in Finance and Controlling or equivalent
  • Experience in business facing finance roles in large corporations and experience in business controlling for eCommerce and Offline business.
  • Preferably with exposure to fashion, consumer goods or other retail industries
  • Knowledge with business intelligence tools (MS Office, S4/Hana Finance, Anaplan, Microstrategy)
  • Positive and forward-looking mindset with “hands-on” mentality
  • Good leadership and communication skills
  • Fluent in English
