What you will do

  • Support the Group M&A team in the development of business cases for diverse M&A transactions #LI-EK1
  • Draft business profiles, prepare valuation models, perform market and business analyses to support top management throughout the decision-making process
  • Participate in due diligence activities and cross-functional teams to efficiently assess M&A opportunities
  • Be involved in ongoing projects and join meetings with counterparties/ colleagues/ subject matter experts etc.


What you bring

  • It is preferred that you have completed your bachelors and are in the process of completing your master’s degree in economics, finance and investments, business administration or similar
  • You have excellent analytical, communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, as well as strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • You display enthusiasm to work as part of a dynamic team and learn through a combination of structured, on-the-job and self-directed training
  • You have a high level of expertise with computer skills including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Word
  • You have excellent English language written and verbal skills essential, German would be an advantage
  • At the time of the internship, you need to be enrolled at university or a centre of further education
  • You must be located in Switzerland or able to travel and base yourself in Switzerland for the duration of the contract
