Scope of work

• Staffing and Resource Allocation: Staffing Plan Development, Collaboration with Colleagues from our different IT Tracks, Freelancer Management, Cohort Planning
• Budget and Financial Planning: Staffing Budget Planning, Collaboration with our finance team
• Vacation and Absence Management: Planning and Overview of absence and vacation within the teaching teams and contingency planning
• Professional Development and Staff Utilization: Ensure instructors have time for self-development and recovery between cohorts to maintain long-term productivity
• Communication and Alignment: Central point of contact for Department Leads, the Teaching Strategy Manager and Finance team

Who we are looking for

• Bachelor's Degree or Master Degree, business preferred
• Previous experience in a finance, teaching or HR related business is a plus
• Strong analytical skills, and ability organize and plan budgets and staffing
• Intellectually curious, driven, and able to thrive in a demanding environment
• Fully fluent in English - preferably in German as well
• Proficiency in Google Sheets (or Excel) and Google Slides (or Powerpoint)
• No understanding of coding is required, but it is a plus
