Within the Technology & Operations unit, Tax Operations provide tax related services for the Lombard Odier Front Office as well as for our external Business Process Outsourcing “BPO” Clients. The successful candidate will work within the Tax Reclaim & Analysis team with 10 colleagues and will be responsible for the production and verification of tax reclaim forms, as well as monitoring tax reclaim cases, requiring regular interactions with tax administrations, custodians and front office colleagues. In addition, the successful candidate will be providing other tax-related services to our internal and external clients. This individual will mainly work together with team members to deliver a high-quality tax reclaim service, but also with other Tax Operations teams and other internal stakeholders (such as IT, Risk Management and Legal) to identify, anticipate, test and follow up on any issues or changes that might have an impact on our service offering. The successful candidate will need to be detail and solution-oriented as well as technology curious, and autonomous with strong analytical skills, while maintaining a clear communication with the various stakeholders. Our Tax Reclaim & Analysis team offers a cooperative and autonomous work environment with flexible working time. You will be surrounded with operational specialists of various backgrounds, working within a dynamic and constantly evolving tax related environment. YOUR ROLE

  • Manage the production of tax reclaim forms for Lombard Odier clients and BPO clients ;
  • Follow up on tax reclaim cases and liaise with key internal and external stakeholders;
  • Contribute to testing as part of the dedicated in-house tax reclaim tool enhancements;
  • Provide support for tax related data analysis;
  • Draft and maintain operational procedures, KRIs and KPIs.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelor degree in Finance or Business Administration or equivalent considered an advantage but “CFC”/”Maturité professionnel bancaire” also considered
  • Previous experience within Tax Operations, other operations experience considered as a strong advantage ;
  • Excellent communication skills ;
  • Proactive and able to work independently with good attention to detail ;
  • Comfortable with administrative tasks ;
  • Fluent in English and French (written and spoken). Other languages considered an asset (German, Italian, Spanish or other languages) ;
  • Resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate to Switzerland.
