Your responsibilities
We are looking for a new SEO Specialist to our Group Digital team in IKEA Switzerland.
The role aims to enhance IKEA’s digital growth by executing a combined strategy for both organic (SEO) and paid (SEA) search. The focus is on driving high-quality traffic to IKEA.com and optimizing search performance across various digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
SEO Responsibilities:
- Provide expertise in SEO across all digital touchpoints, addressing both onsite and offsite factors.
- Collaborate with content creators and stakeholders to identify SEO opportunities and develop solutions.
SEA Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage SEA campaigns with the agency, including budgeting, bidding, and targeting strategies.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights, making necessary adjustments.
Integrated Responsibilities:
- Periodically report on the performance of both SEO and SEA activities, identifying areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
Who you are
- Strong understanding of SEO and SEA strategies, tools (like Google Analytics and Google Ads), and best practices.
- Understanding of both content strategy and technical aspects related to search optimization.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with a data-driven approach to strategy.
- At least 3 years in SEO and SEA, with a proven track record of improving metrics and managing campaigns effectively.
- Proven success in improving SEO metrics, managing SEA campaigns, and driving business impact through search optimization.
