Robotics & Automation Engineer & Factory of the Future Program Lead (all genders)


YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES


We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our global Robotics & Automation initiatives within the Factory of the Future Program. This role is pivotal in driving human-centric and sustainable solutions through advanced technology and engineering excellence.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Strategic Development: Craft and implement a comprehensive Factory of the Future strategy that aligns with our goals for efficiency, sustainability, and innovation.
  • Successful Program Delivery: Ensure timely completion of strategic programs that meet or exceed defined objectives and key performance indicators.
  • Operational Efficiency & Waste Reduction: Drive improved productivity, reduced costs, optimized inventory management, and enhanced service levels while minimizing waste and carbon footprint.
  • Engineering Oversight: Collaborate with engineering teams to define design standards and ensure compliance with safety and industry regulations.
  • Adherence to Design Standards: Ensure all engineering and automation designs comply with industry best practices, enhancing safety and reliability.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders across various functions to align on automation initiatives and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Informed Decision-Making: Provide data-driven insights to senior leadership, leveraging analytics to monitor supply chain performance and support strategic planning.
  • Vendor Management: Evaluate and select top vendors for cutting-edge automation technologies.
  • Training & Development: Create global training programs to elevate staff expertise in automation and lean methodologies.
  • Enhanced Team Performance: Develop a high-performing engineering team that consistently meets deadlines and quality standards through effective mentorship.
  • Innovation Culture: Foster a spirit of innovation by exploring emerging technologies that enhance manufacturing operations.
  • Culture of Continuous Improvement: Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance speed to value and drive continuous improvement.


WHO YOU ARE


  • Expert in Robotics & Automation: Proven experience in manufacturing engineering, system design, and process optimization in Consumer Health or CPG industries
  • Effective Leader: Skilled in forming cross-functional teams and mentoring diverse stakeholders.
  • Strategic Thinker: Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from complex data.
  • Financially Savvy: Knowledgeable in budgeting and financial analysis to support value creation.
  • Project Management Pro: Experienced in managing multiple initiatives with a focus on change management and execution.
  • Lean Advocate: Expert in lean principles to drive efficiency and continuous improvement.
