Description du poste

  • Ensure uninterrupted operation of telecommunications and telemetry infrastructure on a national scale.
  • Receive, analyze, and resolve incidents.
  • Manage service requests, including ticket management until closure.
  • Support field technicians for access, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
  • Continuously develop operational processes (ITIL) and documentation.
  • Participate in projects as a representative of operations (NOC).
  • Communicate and escalate appropriately at different levels in case of incidents and issues.
  • Participate in on-call duties 24/7.


Profil

  • Technical training in the field of electricity, telecommunications, or information technology, or equivalent.
  • Ongoing training as a senior technician or a degree from a higher education institution in one of these fields is preferred.
  • Experience in operating complex communication infrastructures.
  • Excellent mastery of at least one of the technologies used (telephone installations, VoIP, WDM, IP, MPLS).
  • Experience in operating communication infrastructures or secondary techniques in substations is desired.
  • Good analytical skills and continuous intervention capabilities.
  • Basic knowledge of ITIL certification (certification is advantageous).
  • Excellent knowledge of German and English; French or Italian would be a plus.
