As a Manufacturing Footprint Analyst (m/w/d), you will join the Manufacturing Footprint function within F&B Ops Strategic Planning. Global Manufacturing Footprint plays a key role in the strategic planning and optimization of our network. The Manufacturing Footprint team is focused on ensuring that production across all regions is efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with our long-term strategic goals.

- Own the Global Compounding Production Transfer process, and maintain the transfer tracking tool;
- Lead mass production transfer studies - covering feasibility and financial impact - and provide recommendations to ensure optimal decision-making;
- Deepen understanding of site-specific operations, market trends and the competitive landscape to make proposal on opportunities;
- Broaden expertise and insights into production technologies beyond Fragrance Compounding;
- Conduct comprehensive data analyses to create meaningful and valuable outcomes;
- Provide support to the Business Continuity Plan team when needed.

- University degree or experiences in Operations;
- 5+ years of experience in Operational environment;
- Proficient in office applications, with a preference for SAP knowledge;
- End-to-end view and knowledge of operation and supply chain;
- Interest in strategic and forward-looking projects;
- Ability to deliver insightful outcomes and recommendations;
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in other languages considered a valuable asset.
