Job Description

Workplace: Poznań, Poland or Hamburg, Germany

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing internal audits.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management processes.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Provide consultation to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of internal processes.
• Participate in SOX, Compliance, and M&A projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Audit, Finance, or related fields.
• 2-5 years of experience in an audit environment (audit consulting experience would be nice to have)
• Strong IT and analytical skills. Knowledge of artificial intelligence tools and familiarity with data analysis techniques are advantageous.
• Detail-oriented with a structured approach to analysis and documentation.
• Comfortable working in an international environment, with excellent command of English and proficiency in any Eastern European language (preferably Hungarian) or French.
• Enjoying communication, being hands-on, and working in a team.
• Holding or willing to achieve the Certified Internal Auditor designation and committed to continuous learning.
• Willing to travel up to 40%.
• A valid working visa for Germany or Poland is preferred.

Willingness to work 3 days per week from our office in Poznań or Hamburg.
