Your role

As CRM Assistant in Private Banking Europe and Israel at Bank J. Safra Sarasin you are a solution oriented and proactive individual who will support the Client Relationship Managers in their day-to-day tasks in the areas of trading and administration, and provide high level service to the Bank's clients.

Your responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support to CRMs in administrative and commercial activities
Account openings, closings and other documentations
Daily management of cash and corporate actions
Prepare and organize client meetings, events and business trips for CRMs
Dealing with internal and external policies and compliance regulations including FATCA, anti-money laundering (AML), MiFID, etc.
Other administrative tasks and ad-hoc requests
Your profile
Completed apprenticeship and/or Bachelor degree in Finance / Economics
5 years of practical experience in the field of banking, industry specific knowledge is required
Excellent Microsoft Office skills, knowledge in Avaloq is an advantage
Ability to weigh problems and set priorities as well as trong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to work with various stakeholder and excellent interpersonal skills
Capability to work independently
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Fluency in English and French
