We are looking for an HR professional who enjoys driving employee engagement and building organizational scalability in pursuit of the Tesla mission. The primary responsibility for this role is providing advice, guidance and support to a variety of businesses in a truly generalist capacity.
What You'll Do
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders
- Execute on local implementation of key people initiatives in alignment with HR partner team
- Coach, develop and to support in increasing management capability
- Utilize company data to help support managers to achieve business results
- Provide observations to leadership in order to support them driving efficiency and scalability
- Provide advice to management on change management
- Be a key player in supporting the business to implement a culture that brings the best out of our people
- Advise on local labor law regulations
- Upskilling managers and employees on relevant people processes and policies
- Ensuring we have the best people in the right places
- Partnering with the business to drive top performance
What You'll Bring
- Generalist HR experience is essential for this role
- Good working knowledge of local employment law and HR best practice
- Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken and able to develop positive working relationships across all levels and functions.
- Proven track record of positively influencing teams
- Ability to connect and engage with all teams at all levels and treat everyone as equal
- Able and comfortable working in a developing, fluid and constantly changing company
- Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload and meet deadlines
