About the Team
The Advisory Enterprise Account Manager role will be part of the Swiss Sales Team at Nutanix, located primarily in Switzerland, specifically targeting the Swiss financial services market. The team is characterized by a collaborative and open culture, where team members are encouraged to share their opinions and work together towards shared goals. The mission of the team is to drive growth in enterprise accounts by expanding existing customer relationships, winning new logos, and effectively communicating the value of Nutanix’s innovative solutions within the infrastructure domain.

You will report to the Country Manager, who leads with a modern management style that prioritizes purpose, understanding, and empowerment. The manager fosters a collaborative environment where team members are encouraged to bring their knowledge and creativity to the table.

The travel requirements for this role primarily involve local travel within the German-speaking part of Switzerland to meet with customers. While some limited travel to locations such as London for stakeholder meetings may occur, it is not expected to be frequent or part of daily responsibilities, ensuring the focus remains on the local market.


Your Role

  • Grow sales for Nutanix's entire portfolio within named enterprise accounts.
  • Expand existing customer deals and increase the company's footprint by identifying new opportunities.
  • Win new logos and acquire new customers, focusing on strategic growth in the financial services sector.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and demonstrate how Nutanix solutions can address their challenges.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, leveraging a 100% indirect sales model.
  • Familiarize with the Nutanix portfolio, including unique selling points (USPs), licensing, and pricing components.
  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and drive sales initiatives forward.
  • Achieve established sales targets and contribute to the overall team objectives through individual performance.


What You Will Bring

  • Proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques, particularly in the IT industry.
  • Experience in the infrastructure domain and familiarity with the Nutanix hybrid multi-cloud platform.
  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English, with the ability to engage meaningfully with customers.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Swiss financial market and regulations, particularly in banking and insurance sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to expand business with existing customers and win new logos.
  • Strong networking skills and connections in the Swiss financial services industry.
  • Passion for technology, with a knack for aligning business needs with technology solutions.
