As Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, building strong and successful relationships with Alpian through emails, chats, and remote meetings. You will guide clients every step of the way, offering tailored investment and financial advice to help them thrive.

In this role, you will ensure top-tier customer satisfaction while collaborating with a dynamic team of Banking Specialists and Wealth Advisors. You will also represent Alpian's values as the face of the company at events and with external stakeholders, playing a vital role in growing our presence in Zurich.

Jobübersicht:
  • Provide support on customers’ onboarding
  • Handle clients’ day to day requests
  • Establish KYC, Flows of Funds documentation and other regulatory duties
  • Advise on retails banking products (accounts, cards, FX, etc.)
  • Advise on financial products & services
  • Explain investment performances and conduct portfolio reviews
  • Raise awareness on investment matters and educate clients
  • Understand and respect the regulatory requirements and policies


Erfahrung / Fähigkeiten erforderlich:
  • Banking and/or finance education or swiss banking apprenticeship
  • SAQ Certification is preferred (Individual Client Advisor certificate)
  • +3 years of experience in the Swiss financial industry (banking apprenticeship included)
  • Good knowledge of banking products/investment solutions
  • Good client relationship skills and excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable with utilization of latest digital technologies
  • Good knowledge of client management standards
  • Client-oriented, solution-driven & teamwork mindset
  • Open to frequent travel, flexible and with an eager attitude
  • Valid Permit to work in Switzerland
  • German native and fluent in English, and another national language is a plus
  • Experience with third parties’ tool (Napier, Temenos, Salesforce) as an asset
